What we process and why
- Contact form: your name, email and message, to reply to you. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest.
- Chat assistant: your messages, to answer them. They are sent to an AI provider, so please do not share sensitive data. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept it. Legal basis: your consent.
- Server logs: technical data such as your IP address, for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Recipients
Hostinger (hosting), Google (Gmail, which receives form emails, and analytics only with your consent), and Cloudflare and OpenRouter (chat assistant). Transfers outside the EU rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and analytics cookies for 13 months.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contact@nedmil.org, and withdraw your consent at any time: . You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
